Technical Approach

Our company's product technology primarily utilizes the German Solibro technology. Since its inception in 1983, Solibro's glass-based technical approach has been dedicated to the fundamental and mass production research and development of CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) solar modules for 40 years.

By adopting Solibro's CIGS process technology, the core technique employed is the co-evaporation technology, which is currently the optimal process for manufacturing CIGS light-absorbing layers.

Additionally, the project plans to incorporate the Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) technology, which can best meet the process requirements for cadmium sulfide film layers.

The edge sealing technology used in the project is conducive to enhancing the outdoor reliability and stability of the product.
